  Our experience was not good. It was a busy Saturday evening (6:30) and although the hostess was polite and we were seated at the time of our reservation, it took over 10 minutes before they assigned us a waitress.
  The waitress was very nice.
  
  Our orders (8 people) were placed quickly but it was 7:30 before the salads arrived. Food for 3 of the party arrived about 10 minutes later. It was approximately 10 minutes after that food arrived for 4 of the other 5 members of the party.
  
  My prime rib was ordered med-rare but came out totally cooked through - no pink or moisture at all. When this was pointed out to the waitress she hurried into the kitchen, came back and told us that I could get another prime rib but it would be an hour wait for it. I tried to eat the prime rib but it was not palatable.
  
  And my daughters dinner was not served at all. Again, upon checking, the waitress said that AFTER WE ORDERED they had run out and the kitchen did not tell the waitress. The waitress apologized, told us her ticket had gotten moved to the back of the tickets. She offered her her second choice, but again said it would be an hour because of all the tickets before hers.
  
  No offer was made to move the tickets forward. We would have our replacement orders put into the que behind all the other orders. No manager came out to apologize; and I had to ask for the orders to be removed from our ticket.
  
  My opinion? The place sits too many guests for the kitchen to handle and it definitely shows. No, I will never go back. No I can never recommend this to anyone. And I was so looking forward to trying their fare.
